P.R.E.P.®
Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program
P.R.E.P. is a program for building communication and problem solving skills. Skills for enhancing a relationship and keeping the fun and sparks alive are also covered. The program has been developed using the book Fighting for your Marriage, by Howard Markum, Scott Stanley, and Susan Blumberg. P.R.E.P teaches the ABC's of problem solving, the Speaker-Listener Technique, the risks and danger signs in communication, foundations of friendship and other relational type topics.
The program, offered in both a 12-hour skill-building format and an abbreviated 8 hour one-day workshop, is for dating, engaged and married couples.

How to Find Dates and Times of Classes
